Complaints Procedure


Caravan and Home Solutions conduct’s its own complaints procedure.


If you have a complaint in the first instance please call Caravan And Home Solutions on 07493042868 if we are unable to resolve the complaint straight away then write to us explaining your complaint and include your Job reference number, your name and contact phone number then post it to:

We will respond within one working day and try to resolve the complaint within five working days.


Please give a chance to rectify any complaints you may have. Our aim is your total satisfaction, but when something is not right, or you feel could be done better, we want to know first to enable us to correct or improve our service to our customers.
