Complaints Procedure

Our aim is your total satisfaction, but when something is not right, or you feel could be done better, we want to know first to enable us to correct or improve our service to our customers.

If you have a complaint, contact Caravan And Home Solutions by phone/email/post, stating the details of the complaint, the job reference number, your name and contact phone number. If using email, please put Complaint in the subject header.

We will respond within one working day and try to resolve the complaint within five working days.
